Matterport Subprocessors

To support the delivery of our services, Matterport may engage and use sub-processors (“Sub-processors”) that access, store, or process certain customer data (which may contain personal data). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Sub-processor.
Security & Safeguards
Matterport uses a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, availability, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed Sub-processors that will have access to, store, or process customer data. Further, Matterport requires its Sub-processors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from Matterport as set forth in Matterport’s Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”).
Infrastructure Sub-processors
Matterport may use Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services that support the delivery of our services. These Sub-processors provide services for security and operational information, marketing information, and data lake services. The following Sub-processors have been authorized to process customer data (which may contain personal data) in order to provide and operate Matterport’s services to which customers have subscribed under the Terms of Service or an applicable Agreement.

Matterport will endeavor to provide its customers with notice of any new Sub-processors to the extent required contractually or by law, along with posting such updates here.
